The third Build To Own projects by G&W Architects. It is the third condominium providing a corner view on all sides for each unit in Fort Bonifacio Global City, Philippines. Sandwich by Manila Golf and Crescent Park view. Build To Own system is building your home at a direct cost by eliminating middle man developers, a non-project related add on costs.

Responsibility

Created a detailed architectural presentation using Autodesk, CSS, Flash, HTML that highlights the project’s intent and visual narrative. Translated project concept, visuals, and design details into polished visuals, diagrams, and guided walkthroughs for clear stakeholder review. Crafted the presentation to support client communication, marketing context, and design decision-making with precise visual storytelling. Ensured visual consistency, technical clarity, and professional delivery across all presentation assets.
