Interactive flash presentation for Ayala's Eton project the Eton Ricogen building located in Manila, Philippines. The presentation will be used by the marketing side and included by the concept of the proposed building, floor plans, elevations, perspectives, and 3D animation exported from Autodesk 3D Studio Max by Arch. Ryan Saldua.

Responsibility

Created a detailed architectural presentation using After Effects, Audition, Autodesk, Flash that highlights the project’s intent and visual narrative. Translated floor plans, elevations, perspectives, and other architectural details into polished visuals, diagrams, and guided walkthroughs for clear stakeholder review. Crafted the presentation to support client communication, marketing context, and design decision-making with precise visual storytelling. Ensured visual consistency, technical clarity, and professional delivery across all presentation assets.
